Saudi Arabia is building leisure tourism quickly: Red Sea and AlUla resorts, mountain stays in Abha and Taif, desert camps, and a large domestic market for private farm stays and chalets booked by families for a day or a weekend. Family-only and whole-property bookings, and prayer-time-aware schedules for activities, are normal requirements.
Where and who
We build for Saudi resorts, farm stays (istiraha), desert camps and hospitality groups, with properties in Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla, Abha and the Red Sea coast. The app is designed around how those stays are actually sold: unit types, seasons, packages and the add-ons guests buy with the room.
Languages
Arabic (right-to-left, Arabic-first) and English, with Urdu or Hindi for resident guests. Right-to-left layouts are engineered, not mirrored; see our Arabic and RTL development page.
Payments, taxes and price display
Guests pay through Mada cards via HyperPay, PayTabs, Moyasar or Tap, STC Pay, Apple Pay and Tamara. 15% VAT with ZATCA-compliant e-invoices, and municipality fees where they apply, are itemised with the total shown before payment. The fee and tax set-up is confirmed with your accountant before launch.
Compliance
We design for the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, including the cross-border transfer rules (consent, purpose limitation, data-subject rights and breach notification); the Ministry of Tourism's licensing requirements for tourist accommodation are scoped with your counsel; guest ID documents are stored encrypted with retention rules; PCI DSS scope is kept inside the gateway and public-facing screens are built to WCAG 2.1 AA, at the time of writing (October 2026). Your counsel signs off; we implement.
Hosting
AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) or UAE (me-central-1), Google Cloud Dammam, or Vercel, in accounts you own, with a Saudi-resident region where your counsel reads the PDPL data-residency rules as requiring one; encrypted Postgres, object storage and a CDN in front.
