What is domain-gated security?

Every domain on which the widget is loaded must be pre-approved by Super Admin. Clients sign up, submit their domains, verify ownership via DNS TXT record or HTML file upload, then domains enter a review queue. The widget refuses to render on any domain not on the approved list. This prevents phishing, brand-protects the platform, enforces quota and provides a compliance evidence trail. Approval SLA: 24 hours (standard), 4 hours (Business+), real-time (Enterprise).

Are there mobile SDKs?

How does the role hierarchy and escalation pipeline work?

Each paying customer's organisation supports four roles: Client Owner (full control), Agent Admin (manages all managers and agents, sees org-wide analytics), Manager (supervises 5–10 agents, sees only their team), Agent (handles chats, sees only their own performance). Conversations escalate Bot → Agent → Manager → Agent Admin → Super Admin. Every escalation passes full conversation context, customer history, prior agent notes and a mandatory escalation reason. Analytics scope is strictly enforced — an Agent cannot see another Agent's numbers; a Manager cannot see another Manager's team.
