Home and discovery feeds, stories, reels and hashtags with ranking you control, uploads transcoded for mobile and a CDN with a Singapore edge in front.
SpikeSecure builds social, community and creator apps for Singapore from Coimbatore, India: feeds, stories and short video, chat, audio and video calling, multi-host live rooms, coins, gifts and creator payouts with PayNow, GrabPay and cards through Stripe or HitPay, and the moderation tooling the Online Safety Code and store policies expect, on the Flutter, Next.js, NestJS and Agora modules that run in production in our own Local Friends product, with a mutual NDA, weekly demos in your afternoon, SGD invoicing and code you own.

SpikeSecure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a social media app development company in Coimbatore, India, that Singapore founders, media groups and brands hire remotely for community, creator and live-video apps: feeds, stories and short video, chat, audio and video calling, multi-host live rooms and live commerce, coins, gifts and creator payouts, verification and moderation tooling, and the admin console behind it. The starting point is Local Friends, our own social and video product, whose calling, live-room, per-minute wallet, Trust Mask verification, moderation and payout modules run in production.
A Singapore build extends those modules with English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil interfaces, SGD wallets funded by PayNow, GrabPay and cards through Stripe or HitPay or by store billing, PDPA-aligned privacy flows, the reporting and takedown mechanisms the Online Safety Code and Apple and Google user-generated-content policies expect, and hosting in AWS ap-southeast-1 in your account. We have no Singapore office or local staff and do not claim any; our 09:30–18:30 IST day covers 12:00–21:00 Singapore time.
Home and discovery feeds, stories, reels and hashtags with ranking you control, uploads transcoded for mobile and a CDN with a Singapore edge in front.
Profiles, follows, blocking, reporting and verification flows, including Trust Mask-style face checks from our own product, built to pass Apple and Google user-generated-content review and Singpass-ready where your product qualifies.
One-to-one and group chat, audio and video calling and multi-host live rooms on Agora, LiveKit or WebRTC, the modules that run in production in Local Friends.
Coins and gifts, per-minute wallets, subscriptions and creator payouts through PayNow, GrabPay and cards via Stripe or HitPay, or store billing where required, with settlement reconciliation and refunds.
AI pre-screening, human review queues, appeals, age gates and takedown workflows designed for the Online Safety Code and PDPA, with audit logs your counsel can inspect.
Member, content, payment and report management, growth and retention dashboards and push campaigns through OneSignal and WhatsApp.
Founders launching community, interest and creator apps for Singapore and the region; media groups adding live rooms, gifting and live commerce; brands and F&B groups adding social feeds and referrals to loyalty apps; education and hobby communities; and platforms for Singapore's Chinese, Malay and Tamil-speaking communities and the regional diaspora.
Local Friends, our own social and video product, runs calling, live rooms, per-minute wallets, Trust Mask verification, moderation queues and payouts in production under our own accounts. A Singapore build extends those tested modules with multilingual UI, SGD wallets, PayNow, GrabPay and Stripe or HitPay payments and Singapore hosting, rather than starting from a blank repository, which is why the ranges are lower than a from-scratch build.
The Personal Data Protection Act governs consent, access and retention; the Online Safety Code of Practice sets duties on harmful content for designated services; Apple and Google require reporting, blocking and takedown for user-generated content; and MAS rules apply where a product holds or moves customer money. Your counsel defines the rules and we implement them, at the time of writing; apps are submitted under your Singapore developer accounts.
One written price for a defined scope, paid in milestones (typically 30% on start, 40% at design sign-off, 30% at launch); social, community and creator apps ₹6–25 lakh on our published Indian ranges, roughly SGD 9,000–37,500 at current rates. Change requests are quoted before they are built.
Monthly rate per developer or designer by seniority, minimum three months, with a project lead included above three people. Scale up or down with 30 days' notice.
Quoted in SGD, USD or INR; invoiced through Stripe or Wise; no Singapore GST is charged by us because we are an Indian entity. Your accountant may advise on reverse-charge treatment; we do not give tax advice.
Discovery in week 1, a proposal within 48 hours of the last session, design in weeks 2–3, build from week 3 with a closed beta before launch, and dated milestones in the proposal.
AWS Singapore hosting, Agora or LiveKit minutes, CDN, Stripe or HitPay fees and app store fees are paid by you directly, at cost; maintenance retainers start after the 30-day warranty.
Read how we choose between stacks on the technologies page.
Scheduled around Singapore afternoons; every step is written into the proposal.
Two or three video sessions in your Singapore afternoon to map users, integrations and constraints; mutual NDA signed first. You receive a fixed-scope written proposal, usually within 48 hours of the last session.
Wireframes, a design system and a clickable prototype reviewed with your stakeholders before any code is written.
Weekly demos on a staging URL, GitHub access from day one, a Friday written status note, and a shared channel for questions during the overlap window.
Functional, performance, accessibility and security testing against a pre-launch checklist you sign off in writing.
Deployment to your chosen Singapore cloud region or app stores, monitoring and backups configured, and a launch-week watch with you.
30-day warranty, then optional maintenance with monthly reports, or a documented handover to your team.
Signed before any brief is shared, on your template or ours. Sub-contractors are not used without written consent.
Repositories, cloud accounts, app store listings, domains and design files are created in your name; we hold no licence over the delivered work.
HTTPS with HSTS, security headers, OWASP Top 10 review, role-based access, encrypted secrets, audit logs and dependency scanning, plus a penetration test before launch on client-facing systems.
Data stays in the cloud region you choose. We implement the data-protection, retention and consent requirements your compliance advisers specify; we do not provide legal advice on Singapore regulation.
Core Web Vitals targets, WCAG 2.1 AA checks, and SEO and AEO fundamentals (clean URLs, structured data, llms.txt) built into every web deliverable.
Documentation, infrastructure as code, tested backups and a recorded handover, so a Singapore team or another vendor can take over without us.
SpikeSecure has one office, at CHIL SEZ IT Park, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, India. Singapore clients are served remotely by that engineering team; there is no Singapore office, entity or local staff, and we do not claim one.
A fixed-scope MVP on the Local Friends modules: feed, profiles, chat, one live-room format and a wallet, in 10–14 weeks to a closed beta, then a dedicated team to grow it. Starting from tested modules is what keeps the range at ₹6–25 lakh rather than a from-scratch build.
Coins and gifts are bought through PayNow, GrabPay and cards via Stripe or HitPay, or through store billing where Apple and Google require it; creator payouts go out by PayNow or bank transfer with settlement reconciliation, in accounts you own; where a product holds customer money, you or a licensed partner hold the MAS licence.
Yes. Feeds, chat, live rooms and the admin console ship in all four languages from one Flutter codebase, with Tamil handled natively by our Tamil Nadu team and Chinese and Malay copy supplied or approved by you.
The Code of Practice for Online Safety applies to designated social media services, at the time of writing; smaller apps are not designated but store policies already require reporting, blocking and takedown. We build those mechanisms, age gates and audit logs from the first release so the app is ready if it is designated; the legal obligations remain yours.
Yes, that is designed in: reporting and blocking, moderation and takedown within the timeframes the stores expect, age gates, privacy manifests and data-safety declarations aligned with the PDPA, and listings submitted under your Singapore developer accounts.
Yes. The back end, media storage and CDN origin run in AWS ap-southeast-1 or Google Cloud asia-southeast1 in your account, with infrastructure as code so your team can operate it independently.
