What changes by market

The five things we set up differently for each country.

01

Payments

Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the US and UK; PayNow and Stripe in Singapore; Telr, PayTabs, Mada and STC Pay through local gateways in the GCC; buy-now-pay-later where you hold the account. Accounts are opened in your name.

02

Tax and invoicing

US state sales tax through Stripe Tax, Avalara or Shopify Tax; UK and EU VAT with OSS where it applies; Singapore GST; UAE and Saudi VAT with ZATCA e-invoicing readiness. Your accountant decides where you register; we configure and test.

03

Shipping

ShipStation, Shippo or EasyPost for USPS, UPS and FedEx; Royal Mail and DPD in the UK; Ninja Van and SingPost in Singapore; Aramex, Fetchr and cash-on-delivery handling in the GCC; 3PL and marketplace fulfilment handoffs.

04

Privacy and accessibility

GDPR and UK GDPR consent, CCPA do-not-sell links, PDPA consent and WCAG 2.1 AA builds that reduce ADA exposure. We implement; your counsel signs off.

05

Hosting and performance

Shopify hosts Shopify stores; WooCommerce, headless and custom stores run on AWS, Vercel or DigitalOcean in your region and your account with a CDN in front, with Core Web Vitals measured before launch.

06

Language and direction

Arabic right-to-left storefronts for the GCC, multi-language catalogues for Singapore, and per-market content on one product source. See Arabic and RTL development.

Evidence

Ecommerce work you can check.

  • Krishna Textiles, Coimbatore (textiles and jewellery retail). Challenge: a storefront loading in about 6.4 seconds on mobile, abandoned carts and weak search visibility. Delivered: a custom storefront with Razorpay, UPI and cash on delivery, GST-compliant invoicing and inventory kept in sync with the physical shop. Outcome, as reported by the client: page load under 2 seconds and organic-search revenue doubled within 90 days of launch.
  • WeaveHub (fashion and textile marketplace). Challenge: onboard many sellers safely and split every payment automatically. Delivered: a multi-vendor marketplace with Razorpay Route split payments, KYC-gated vendor onboarding, commission rules and logistics integration.

Both published case studies are Indian businesses; international client work is referenced in proposals with the client's permission rather than on this page.

Outcome figures are the clients' own, quoted with permission; we do not audit them. Live store links are listed only where the client agrees. All published case studies are on the work page; we add new ones only with written permission.

Delivery process

How an international build runs, step by step.

NDA, discovery, written proposal, weekly demos in your hours, soft launch, public launch, warranty.

01

NDA and discovery

Mutual NDA first, then a discovery call in your working hours covering catalogue, channels, payments, tax, carriers and the systems to integrate.

02

Written proposal in your currency

Scope, platform recommendation, integrations, exclusions, timeline and a fixed price in USD, GBP, SGD or AED, usually within 48 hours.

03

Design

Wireframes and a clickable prototype of the buying journey, reviewed on a call before code.

04

Build and integration

Payments and tax first, then shipping, accounting and marketing integrations, with a staging store and a demo every week.

05

Soft launch, then public launch

A soft launch to a small list, accessibility and performance checks, redirects from any old store, then the public launch with monitoring in your region.

06

Warranty and support

FAQ

Questions from brands outside India.

Why build an ecommerce store with a company in India?

Cost base and depth of ecommerce work: the same team builds Shopify, WooCommerce, headless and custom stores every week, and India's payment, COD and logistics complexity has taught it to integrate carefully. You get a fixed price in your currency, weekly demos in your hours, hosting in your region and a store you own. The trade-off is distance; we manage it with an NDA, written scope and overlap-hour scheduling.

Which markets do you have experience with?

The United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia each have a page describing that market's payments, tax, shipping and privacy setup; Australia and Canada are served from their country hubs. Other countries are quoted from this page after discovery.

How are international projects priced and invoiced?

On our published Indian ranges: Shopify or WooCommerce from ₹1.5 lakh, headless or custom ₹6–15 lakh, B2B ₹8–15 lakh and up, converted into USD, GBP, SGD or AED in the written proposal, which fixes the price. Invoices are paid by bank transfer, Wise or Stripe against milestones you can verify on staging.

Where is the store hosted and who owns it?

Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify. WooCommerce, headless and custom stores run in your own AWS, Vercel or DigitalOcean account in your region. Source code lives in your GitHub organisation; payment, carrier and app accounts are in your name.

Do you handle our country's tax and privacy rules?

We configure and test tax calculation (Stripe Tax, Avalara, Shopify Tax, VAT and GST settings) and build consent flows for GDPR, CCPA and PDPA, and we build to WCAG 2.1 AA. We do not give legal or tax advice; your accountant and counsel decide registrations and sign off.

Can we see international stores you have built?

Our published case studies, Krishna Textiles and WeaveHub, are Indian businesses with client-reported outcomes. International work is shared in proposals with the client's permission; we do not publish client names without it.
