US ecommerce is the most competitive and the most litigated market we build for: shoppers expect free or fast shipping, transparent pricing and a checkout that works with the wallet already on their phone, while brands manage sales tax across states and accessibility complaints under the ADA. A store built for the US has to get those three things right before design.
Payments and sales tax
Stripe or Shopify Payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay; PayPal for the shoppers who still prefer it; Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay for buy-now-pay-later. Sales tax is calculated per state and locality through Stripe Tax, Avalara or Shopify Tax, with economic-nexus tracking so registrations are triggered when thresholds are crossed; your accountant decides where you register.
Shipping
Carrier-rate shopping across USPS, UPS and FedEx through ShipStation, Shippo or EasyPost; free-shipping thresholds and rules; 3PL or Amazon MCF handoff; returns portals with prepaid labels; address validation at checkout to cut failed deliveries.
Accessibility and privacy
WCAG 2.1 AA builds reduce ADA exposure; cookie and tracking consent for CCPA/CPRA with do-not-sell links; SMS marketing consent under TCPA; PCI DSS scope kept inside the payment platform. Your counsel signs off; we implement.
Hosting and performance
Shopify hosts Shopify stores; WooCommerce and custom stores run on AWS US regions or Vercel in your accounts with a CDN in front; Core Web Vitals are a launch gate, not an afterthought.
Commercials
Quoted and invoiced in USD through Stripe or Wise, or in INR if you prefer; the fixed price is set in the invoicing currency. We are an Indian entity and charge no US sales tax; your accountant advises on any use-tax treatment. Platform subscriptions, apps and gateway fees are paid by you at cost.
