Direct answer

Who builds Arabic and right-to-left websites and apps from India for the Gulf?

SpikeSecure Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a software development company in Coimbatore, India, builds bilingual Arabic and English websites, ecommerce stores and mobile apps for clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan, delivered remotely. Arabic is treated as a first-class language from the data model up: every content field exists per language, layouts are engineered for right-to-left reading with CSS logical properties and mirrored components, Arabic typefaces and Eastern or Western Arabic numerals are chosen deliberately, and URLs, metadata and structured data carry both languages.

This page is the capability behind the Arabic and English scope described on our GCC country pages and the Jordan hub. The multilingual reference we point to is our own product, Local Friends, which runs six Indian-language interfaces with per-language routing and moderation; the same architecture takes Arabic as the seventh. We do not yet publish an Arabic-language client project and we say so; translation is done by professional Arabic translators, with native review by your team or a translation partner, while our engineers build the bilingual and RTL system.

  • What is included: bilingual content model, RTL layout engineering, Arabic typography, number, date and currency formats, hreflang ar/en, Arabic metadata and structured data, Gulf payment gateways, Arabic app store listings, and QA by a native Arabic reader before launch.
  • Pricing: scoped inside the fixed-scope proposal for a new website, store or app, using our published Indian ranges as the starting point (websites from ₹50,000, ecommerce ₹1.5–15 lakh, apps ₹4–20 lakh); adding Arabic to an existing product is quoted after a short audit. Invoiced in USD, AED or SAR through Stripe or Wise, or INR.
  • Timeline: Arabic adds a translation and review cycle to the plan rather than a second build: typically one to two extra weeks on a website, two to three on a store or app, agreed in the proposal.
  • Where it is delivered: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan, remotely from Coimbatore; the Friday–Saturday weekend and Gulf working hours are built into schedules.
  • Evidence: Local Friends (six-language production platform) and the published Indian ecommerce case studies show the patterns we localise; no Arabic-language client is named on this site.

What we build

Arabic and RTL work, module by module.

01

Bilingual content model

Every field exists per language in the CMS or admin (Next.js with a headless CMS, WordPress with multilingual fields, Shopify markets and translations, or a custom admin), so Arabic is edited, not overwritten. URL strategy (/ar/ prefix or ar. subdomain), hreflang ar and en, per-language sitemaps and canonical rules agreed before build.

02

RTL layout engineering

CSS logical properties instead of left and right, mirrored navigation, icons, carousels and progress indicators where direction carries meaning (and not where it does not), bidirectional text handling for mixed Arabic and Latin strings, form and table alignment, and screenshot-based QA of every template in both directions.

03

Arabic typography and formats

Arabic typefaces chosen for screen (Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Kufi Arabic, IBM Plex Sans Arabic, Cairo or Tajawal) with line-height and letter-spacing tuned for Arabic, Eastern or Western Arabic numerals as a setting, Hijri and Gregorian dates where needed, AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR and JOD currency formats, and Arabic search that tolerates diacritics and hamza variants.

04

Arabic ecommerce stores

Shopify, WooCommerce, headless or custom stores with Arabic product content managed alongside English, Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Checkout.com, HyperPay, Tabby and Tamara for payments, cash on delivery where retail still expects it, Aramex, Fetchr and local couriers for delivery, and VAT invoices in Arabic and English; see UAE ecommerce development.

05

RTL mobile apps

Flutter apps with Directionality-aware layouts, Arabic localisation files, RTL-tested components, Arabic push notifications, App Store and Google Play listings in Arabic and English, and the same NestJS backend serving both languages; the pattern Local Friends uses for six languages, on the Flutter stack.

06

Arabic search and AI visibility

Arabic keyword research for Gulf markets, Arabic titles, descriptions and structured-data names, per-language FAQ schema, Arabic entries in llms.txt, and Google Business Profile guidance for the client's local presence; see AEO services.

Gulf and Jordan context

What changes when a product reads right to left.

Most Arabic websites that disappoint were built in English and then flipped: the layout mirrors, the typography stays Latin-tuned, numbers and dates are inconsistent and half the fields fall back to English because the CMS had one column per field. We avoid that by making the two languages equal in the data model and the design system before a line of copy is translated.

Design system first

Every component is designed in both directions, with rules for what mirrors (navigation, chevrons, progress, tables) and what does not (logos, media controls, phone numbers). Arabic and Latin text share a vertical rhythm, and the Arabic typeface is chosen for the product's tone rather than defaulted.

Content operations

Translation is a workflow, not a launch task: source strings and content are exported, translated by professional Arabic translators, reviewed by a native reader on your side or a translation partner, and imported with status tracking so untranslated content is visible before it reaches users.

Payments, tax and delivery

The gateways, buy-now-pay-later providers, VAT rules and couriers differ by country; the country pages for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan list what we set up in each, in your accounts and tested in the vendor sandbox first.

Case studies

Our published ecommerce work, Krishna Textiles and WeaveHub, shows the storefront, payment and inventory patterns we localise; Local Friends shows the multilingual product architecture in production. See all case studies.

FAQ

Arabic and RTL development: your questions answered.

Do you build websites and apps in Arabic?

Yes. SpikeSecure builds bilingual Arabic and English websites, ecommerce stores and mobile apps from Coimbatore, India, for clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan, with a per-language content model, engineered right-to-left layouts and Arabic typography. Translation is done by professional Arabic translators with native review; our engineers build the bilingual system.

How much does an Arabic and English website or store cost?

Arabic is scoped inside the fixed-scope proposal rather than priced as an add-on licence: our published Indian ranges (websites from ₹50,000, ecommerce ₹1.5–15 lakh, apps ₹4–20 lakh) are the starting point, the second language adds a translation and review cycle, and the written proposal fixes the price in USD, AED, SAR or INR. Adding Arabic to an existing product is quoted after a short audit.

What is the difference between a mirrored layout and a real RTL build?

A mirrored layout flips everything, including things that should not flip (logos, media controls, phone numbers) and leaves Latin-tuned typography and one-column content behind. A real RTL build uses CSS logical properties, decides component by component what mirrors, tunes Arabic type and numerals, handles mixed-direction text, and stores every field per language so nothing falls back to English silently.

Which Arabic fonts and numerals do you use?

Screen-optimised Arabic typefaces such as Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Kufi Arabic, IBM Plex Sans Arabic, Cairo or Tajawal, chosen for the product's tone and paired with the Latin face; Eastern or Western Arabic numerals as a setting per market, with Hijri and Gregorian dates where your users expect them.

Can you add Arabic to our existing website or app?

Usually, after a short audit of the CMS, theme or app architecture: some platforms take a second language cleanly (Next.js with next-intl, WordPress with WPML or Polylang, Shopify Markets, Flutter with localisation files), others need the content model reworked first. The audit produces a fixed-scope quote either way.

Do you handle Gulf payment gateways and VAT in Arabic stores?

Yes: Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Checkout.com, HyperPay, Tabby and Tamara, cash on delivery, and VAT invoices in Arabic and English, set up in your accounts and tested in the vendor sandbox first. The country pages list what applies in each market.

Do you do Arabic SEO and AI search visibility?

Yes. Arabic keyword research for Gulf markets, Arabic titles, descriptions and structured-data names, per-language FAQ schema, hreflang and per-language sitemaps, and Arabic entries in llms.txt so AI assistants can cite the Arabic pages; see our AEO services.

Have you shipped an Arabic project?

We have not yet published an Arabic-language client project, and we say so plainly. The multilingual reference is our own Local Friends platform, which runs six Indian-language interfaces in production with per-language routing and moderation; Arabic follows the same architecture with RTL layout work added. Ask on the discovery call for references relevant to your market.

Where is the team?

In Coimbatore, India. There is no Gulf office; projects are delivered remotely under a mutual NDA, with our 09:30–18:30 IST day overlapping Gulf working hours (08:00–17:00 in the UAE) and the Friday–Saturday weekend built into schedules.
