The UAE sells stays to residents on weekend breaks and to inbound visitors in the same week, across beach resorts, desert camps, mountain lodges in Ras Al Khaimah and Hatta, and holiday homes. Most properties are listed on Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda; a direct booking app is how a resort keeps the margin on repeat and resident guests.
Where and who
We build for UAE resorts, desert camps, beach hotels and holiday-home operators, with properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The app is designed around how those stays are actually sold: unit types, seasons, packages and the add-ons guests buy with the room.
Languages
Arabic (right-to-left) and English, with Russian, Chinese, German or Hindi for inbound guests. Right-to-left layouts are engineered, not mirrored; see our Arabic and RTL development page.
Payments, taxes and price display
Guests pay through Telr, PayTabs, Network International (N-Genius), Checkout.com or Stripe UAE cards, Apple Pay and Tabby. 5% VAT, service charge, municipality fees and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham per room night are itemised on the quote and the invoice, with the total shown before payment. The fee and tax set-up is confirmed with your accountant before launch.
Compliance
We design for the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) and, where you operate from a free zone, the DIFC or ADGM data protection regimes (consent, purpose limitation, data-subject rights and breach notification); tourism licensing and guest-registration requirements of the relevant emirate's tourism authority are scoped with your counsel; guest ID documents are stored encrypted with retention rules; PCI DSS scope is kept inside the gateway and public-facing screens are built to WCAG 2.1 AA, at the time of writing (October 2026). Your counsel signs off; we implement.
Hosting
AWS Middle East UAE (me-central-1) or Bahrain (me-south-1), or Vercel, in accounts you own; encrypted Postgres, S3 and a CDN in front. Data stays in the Gulf unless you choose otherwise.
